What is the difference between paper and acetate?
Acetate is a transparent film, that allows a see through appearance on light colors. Whites are omitted when printing on acetate, allowing the metal of the button parts to show through. This metallic look can enhance your button design, if properly planned for.
Do you price match?
We are certain we are the lowest priced button provider on the planet, but if you find it lower we'll adjust our pricing, and offer you an incentive for finding a lower price. As usual price matching must be done ahead of time, and must be an apples to apples comparison of our top-quality button parts.

Buttons showed up fast and are good quality!
I fully appreciate that there is no minimum order - and that the bulk discount applies to the total number of buttons, regardless of design. I will be getting all my buttons through Half Price Buttons now!
I knocked off one star because the templates were a little confusing - give us a template that is laid out exactly as you want us to send it back. Granted, staff were very quick to shoot me an email asking me to crop mine, which was great and enabled me to still get my buttons on time.

Rushed order made it!

I ordered 1 1/4 inch buttons, simple black image on white background. I needed a rush order with a few days leeway for my order. I emailed and also used the messaging system along with Twitter and received responses from various channels.
I used the online system to upload my art, requested a proof and was for the most part kept in the loop. When I placed order, I made it explicitly clear I needed the buttons by a certain date or else I would not be able to use them. I used the 2-3 day delivery rate on my order.
I don't know all the details that followed, but I was told there was a shipping error and I ended up getting two shipments of my order. Despite my worry I would not get the order on time, on the final day, I received two pkgs. (though only ordered one) and the pkg. arrived on time.
I appreciated the extra effort from HalfPriceButtons to make sure, as I stated in my order, to get my order to me even if it meant going outside the box on their end with the error that occurred. I didn't follow up with what actually happened. I'm just glad I got what I needed in a somewhat rushed fashion.
I give them 5*s for effort and meeting me with what I needed, despite the glitch that came up.
No blaming, no excuses, it all worked out at the end.
My design was pretty simple, like I said, black image on white background. Very pleased with the product and though I have a whole inventory now, if I do need buttons again in the future, will surely return.

Wish I'd ordered a larger size, but what I got was ok and service was on-time and as promised. Good communication. Better by far than previous vendor. Good price. Were there "actual size" images when I ordered? Don't remember. Any way, I'll know better next time.
