All order must be prepaid through the shopping cart, or via phone, by either a check, PayPal, or credit card(Visa/Mastercard/Paypal)
We accept purchase orders(PO's) from municipalities, schools, and a limited list of other entities. Contact us for details on this.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts only apply to the quantity purchased with identical artwork.
Setup Fee
Orders with more than 5 line items will be subject to a minimum $2.00 per artwork setup fee. This fee will be applied after the order has been placed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products we cannot accept returns.
A $30.00 service fee will be charged for all bounced checks.
We do not underrun our custom buttons, and if we happen to overrun a few buttons, you'll probably find them in your box, free of charge as a thank you for being a great customer of Half Price Buttons.
Production time varies based on the number of buttons ordered, and the current work load. We work hard to keep this very low, to help you remain flexible with your project scheduling. We offer the following production times:
Standard Production Time: 7-10 days
Rush Production: 3-5 days
Expedited Production: 1-2 days
If you need to rush your order you can choose a faster production time. These orders by default ship via ground transportation. If you need a faster level of shipping you can contact us via live chat and we can provide you a quote for an upgraded carrier service.
We ship via United States Postal Service(USPS), and United Parcel Service(UPS). We choose the least expensive of these at the time of shipment. To prevent delays to your order please provide both your USPS, and UPS address. We must have a physical address on file for each order. Please keep in mind we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit due to incorrectly addressed packages, or service disruptions of our shipping providers.
We will do our best to match your colors, but unless you pay for an exact PMS match, we cannot guarantee the color, and we will not refund the order based of color mistmatches. Please work with our customer service department in advance to make sure you will be satisfied with your color selection.
ARTWORK / OWNERSHIP
By submitting artwork to Half Price Buttons, you acknowledge that you own, or have the authority to reproduce the artwork submitted.
No refunds will be given for incorrectly submitted artwork, low quality artwork, or artwork that has not been sufficiently prepared for production. If you have concerns about your artwork please purchase our basic design service, and we can make any necessary adjustments.
Once your order has been placed we begin working on your order immediately. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of 10% of the order total for canceling an order after receipt. Depending on where your order is in the work flow we cannot guarantee any refunds for cancellations. Please contact us to determine the best course of action.
